Mariam Crichton
Chief Executive Officer
Mariam is 7 Satya's chief executive officer and co-founder. She has spent decades growing tech SMEs (including startups/spinouts) including as an original co-founder. Her expertise includes global geospatial, environmental, property, international development, social impact solutions and SaaS product expertise. She serves on the board of Women in Geospatial, a global professional network to promote diversity and gender-equality in the geospatial industry and academia.
Mariam serves as an independent non-executive director on the group board of Institute of Risk Management and chair of Institute of Operation Enterprises Ltd. She holds an MESci Geophysics & Geology, University of Liverpool.

John Lloyd
Chief Product Officer
John is 7 Satya's chief product officer and co-founder. Prior to this he spent eight years in New York City helping build Sequoia Capital-backed Traiana into one of the world's largest post-trade data processors (exit to ICAP/CME) and launch transformative tech products for the capital markets. He also worked as an Accenture consultant designing business intelligence solutions, is a passionate impact investor in businesses with a positive social and/or enviornmental impact (portfolio includes Zeigo, Elemental Software, Thrive, EasyPeasy), and has a track record of success developing early stage startups.
John holds an MBA, Columbia Business School and BS Management Info Systems, University of South Florida.

Tim Shutler
Chief Operating Officer and Legal Advisor
Tim is 7 Satya's chief operating officer and legal advisor. He is a pragmatic, commercial lawyer and previously worked as Head of Legal and advised early stage startups. He has a deep understanding of legal risks and putting strategies in place to maximise future position. He also ran a legal tech startup.
Tim holds a Law LLB, Cardiff University, and serves on the board of PCD Club, an organisation dedicated to giving private client professionals new networks, new ways of thinking, and new commercial opportunities.

Mark Bedser
Chief Technology Offcer
Mark is 7 Satya's chief technology officer. Prior to 7 Satya, he founded and grew SaaS technology company Madgex to widespread adoption and 100+ staff (exit to Wiley Publishing). He has more than 30 years leading development teams, applying a highly pragmatic approach to technology. He serves on the board of Wired Sussex, a fully independent not-for-profit membership organisation which exists to support the digital, media and technology sector in Sussex at a local, national and international level.
Mark holds an MSc Knowledge Based Systems, University of Sussex and BA Mathematics & Computation, Oxford University.

Ingrid Malfi
Advisor (personal capacity)
Ingrid is founding partner of SaaS fintech company Access Fintech. The company has raised over £80m and she has helped grow the company to 150+ staff and developed the buyside/asset management business unit. Prior to that she spent more than 10 years helping build Sequoia Capital-backed fintech Traiana into a global leader in post-trade processing (exit to ICAP/CME).
Ingrid holds a BBA Finance & Marketing, University of Houston.

Ed Parsons
Advisor (personal capacity)
Ed Parsons is Google’s Geospatial Technologist, with responsibility for evangelising Google’s mission to organise the world’s information using geography. In this role he maintains links with Governments, Universities, Research and Standards Organisations which are involved in the development of Geospatial Technology.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Open Geospatial Consortium and was co-chair of the W3C/OGC Spatial Data on the Web Working Group. He also represents Google at the EMTEL committee of ETSI developing geospatial solutions for emergency telecommunications.
